What sizes are your menu covers available in?

Most of our menu covers are available in A5, A4, and A3 sizes. Product descriptions include exact dimensions to help you choose the right size for your venue.

Can I order a sample before committing to a larger order?

Yes! We understand how important it is to see and feel the product before committing. Samples are charged at the cost of one menu cover. If you proceed with an order of 50 or more menus, we’ll credit the sample cost back to your final invoice. Just let us know what product you'd like to sample, and we’ll arrange it for you.

What is bonded leather and why do you use it?

Bonded leather is a sustainable and durable material made from recycled genuine leather scraps that are bonded together with a polyurethane finish. We choose bonded leather for many of our products because it offers the look and feel of real leather at a more affordable price point, while also being:

  • Hard-wearing and long-lasting – ideal for busy hospitality venues
  • Easier to clean and maintain than full-grain leather
  • More consistent in texture and finish, ensuring your menus look polished and professional
Do you offer volume discounts?

Absolutely - the more you order, the more you save. Volume pricing is available on most of our products. Get in touch for a tailored quote for large or multi-venue orders.

Can I mix and match colours or styles in one order?

Yes, depending on availability. Reach out before placing your order and we can confirm options for mixed sets.

Custom Branding

Can I reorder the same design later?

Absolutely. Once we have your branding stamp on file, reordering is quick and easy - just let us know the quantity and cover style. Because the logo stamp is already set up, you’ll also benefit from discounted pricing on future branded orders (no repeat setup fee required).

Can I add my logo to a menu cover?

Yes! We offer a range of branding options including deep embossing and foil stamping. Visit our Custom Menu Branding page to learn more or inquire.

What file format do I need to provide for my logo?

We recommend high-resolution vector files such as AI or EPS. If you're unsure or don't have these files contact our team to discuss.

Can you help me design my logo or menu layout?

We don't offer full graphic design services, but we’re happy to guide you or connect you with a trusted designer. Menu printing requires files to be submitted in a print-ready format.

Do you offer menu printing?

Yes — we offer premium full-colour printing on 300GSM card stock (almost 4x thicker than regular paper). We can even install the menus directly into your sleeves or folders. Learn more on our Menu Printing page.

What sizes do you print?

We offer A5, A4, and A3 menu printing. All printing is double-sided unless otherwise requested.

How should I supply my artwork for printing?

Files must be print-ready - correctly sized, high-resolution (300dpi), with crop marks and bleed where needed. PDF format is preferred. If you're unsure, contact us and we’ll check your file.

What are your shipping options?

We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
If you need your order in a hurry, we also offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $25.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically dispatch within 3–5 business days. Custom orders or printed menus may take longer depending on production timeframes. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on custom branded or printed items. For stock products, returns may be accepted under certain conditions. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Do you sell replacement sleeves, studs, or parts?

Yes! We offer a full range of accessories. Please contact us with the product type you're using and we’ll recommend what you need.

How do I clean my menu covers?

Most covers can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing, especially on leather or embossed areas.
