We accept returns for stock items only within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to cover returns handling.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• Exchanges are available; price differences will be charged or credited accordingly.

Custom & Made-to-order Items:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-branded, printed, or made-to-order items unless the product is faulty. These items are specially produced for your business and cannot be resold.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

International Orders

We ship globally! However, please note that international shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

At Promotion Studio, we stand by the quality of our LED signage. Please review the warranty and terms of service below:

• All LED signs come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and electrical defects under normal usage.
• We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind on custom signage orders, as each piece is made to order.
• Promotion Studio does not provide installation services. If damage occurs during installation by a third-party provider, we are not responsible for repairs, replacement, or refund.
• Customers must ensure that all information and specifications provided (e.g., sizing, branding, installation requirements) are accurate and final at the time of order.
• We are not liable for any issues or costs incurred due to incorrect, incomplete, or changed information not communicated prior to production.

Ordering & Payment

• Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing with our team.

Pricing & Product Availability

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Product prices are subject to change without notice. Website prices are current and supersede all previous pricing.
• Products are subject to availability at the time of order. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website will be in stock at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to update or amend product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time.

Custom & Special Orders

• Custom branded items, special orders, and printed materials are 100% non-refundable once production has commenced.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all custom order details and artwork approvals are accurate before production begins.
• While we make every effort to ensure consistency in materials, dye lots and leather finishes may vary slightly from sample to production.

• Promotion Studio makes no guarantee that a product is suitable for your specific needs or intended use.
• While we aim for accuracy in all product descriptions and imagery, variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.
