Delivery details
Shipping within Australia
We currently offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping - Australia wide
All orders are shipped via standard shipping Australia-wide. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally arrive within 3–7 business days. - Express Shipping - Flat Rate $25
Need it sooner? Select express shipping at checkout for a flat rate of $25. Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
International Shipping
We ship internationally on request. Please contact us directly at enquiry@promotionstudio.com.au for a shipping quote and delivery timeframes.
Dispatch Times
Most stock orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Custom or branded items may require additional production time. We’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline at the time of ordering.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey.
